We have an important update regarding our upcoming Regional Championship Qualifier (RCQ) event in Cloverdale.
When scheduling these RCQ events, the process involves selecting a date blindly ahead of time without knowing if there will be any conflicting events. Unfortunately, once the schedule was posted, we discovered that there are four RCQ events scheduled on August 3rd in the British Columbia alone.
So to ensure the best possible experience for our players and to avoid unnecessary conflicts, we’ve decided to move our event to the following weekend.
New Cloverdale RCQ Date: Saturday, August 10th
If you have already preregistered for the event, you’ll be receiving an email from us shortly with detailed information regarding this change. We don't like making fairly sizable changes like this often, but we think this will make the event much more accessible for people and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility. We’re committed to making this event as smooth and exciting as possible.

Why We Made This Decision
Scheduling conflicts can be challenging, especially in a region as active as ours. By moving our RCQ to August 10th, we're avoiding fighting for attention with all the other events that are happening at the same time.
