House of Cards is expanding, and our staff is expanding alongside our store!
We are seeking candidates that match our enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and memorable gameplay experiences. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy cultivating community, and are passionate about trading card and tabletop games, we want to hear from you!
Processing Associate Duties:
- Accurately pick cards and sealed product from an alphabetical list
- Verify the accuracy of orders once assembled
- Preparing and packaging orders for shipment and in-store pickup
- Assist with in-store events and retail duties as needed
What We Are Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Magic: the Gathering and Pokémon
- Adaptibility and strong communication skills
- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Ability to work standing and to move between work stations quickly
- Knowledge of other gaming systems (D&D, Warhammer, etc.) a plus
